CapitalGuard sells digital defensive security licenses. This policy explains delivery, refund review, authorization, support boundaries, and upgrade handling for Starter, Growth, and Pro purchases.
Delivery starts after payment
The license is digital and fulfillment is controlled.
The buyer gets immediate access to the delivery path after payment verification, but security work still follows authorization-first rules.
Stripe payment creates the purchase record and receipt.
CapitalGuard verifies payment before issuing private license delivery.
The buyer receives the delivery vault, license activation path, scan intake, buyer kit, and policy assets.
No repository scan starts until ownership or written authorization is confirmed.
Digital license status
Delivered digital licenses are generally final.
Starter, Growth, and Pro are digital security licenses with immediate delivery access after payment verification.
Once license delivery, buyer-kit access, activation, report access, or scan intake has started, the license is treated as delivered.
Delivered reports, policy files, checklists, certificates, and prevention guidance remain available for internal use under the license terms.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by law remain unaffected.
Refund review
Review is narrow and evidence-based.
Unable to fulfill
If CapitalGuard cannot provide the purchased license delivery path, the buyer may receive a refund or equivalent credit.
Authorization rejected
If the submitted repository scope is not owned or authorized, CapitalGuard may reject the scan and offer a compliant replacement scope or credit review.
Fraud or abuse
Fraud, self-referral abuse, chargeback abuse, hostile testing, or attempts to scan unauthorized repositories are not eligible for goodwill refunds.
Support and upgrade boundaries
Buyers can upgrade, recover access, and request reviewed scope.
CapitalGuard keeps the first purchase simple, then handles support, bundles, and monitoring through clearly scoped follow-on paths.
Lifetime delivery support covers access recovery, activation questions, vault handoff, and first policy-installation guidance.
Support does not include remediation engineering, incident response, unlimited consulting, or managed monitoring.
Monitoring is quoted separately after a completed fixed-license baseline and scope review.
Upgrade requests preserve verified purchase credit when moving from Starter to Growth, Growth to Pro, or Pro into reviewed scope.
Claim boundaries
The license detects and guides precautions.
CapitalGuard does not promise complete protection, breach prevention, or compliance certification.
Reports are based on the authorized scope and evidence available at scan time.
Repository access, secrets, and sensitive values are handled under redaction and authorization rules.
