Authorization required
Customers may only scan repositories they own or are explicitly authorized to test. CapitalGuard is a defensive security service.
License access
Starter, Growth, and Pro licenses provide fixed scan allowances and one year of updates. License keys may not be resold without written approval.
No guarantee
CapitalGuard reports AI-agent exposure risks based on available scan scope. It does not promise complete protection, compliance certification, or discovery of every possible issue.
Affiliate commissions
Commissions are unavailable on refunds, fraud, self-referrals, existing customers, and purchases outside approved attribution rules.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on license status, scan delivery, and abuse review. Production policy should be finalized before accepting live payments.
