## Permanent Use Rights

The buyer may keep and use the delivered reports, checklists, policy files, and prevention guidance internally forever
for the covered organization or purchased scope.

## Boundaries

- The license does not authorize scanning repositories the buyer does not own or have permission to assess.
- The license does not transfer CapitalGuard source code, brand rights, or service infrastructure.
- Security reports describe known AI-agent exposure risks based on the submitted scope and do not guarantee total risk
  elimination.

## Activation

Activate the license at `/activate`, confirm repository authorization, then submit scan intake.
