# CapitalGuard Commercial License Summary

This summary explains the commercial rights delivered with a paid CapitalGuard license. It is designed for launch
fulfillment and can be replaced by a signed customer agreement for enterprise buyers.

## Product

CapitalGuard is a defensive AI-agent security service for organizations using AI coding tools, automation agents,
developer assistants, and repository-connected workflows.

## Buyer Rights

After verified payment and license issuance, the buyer may:

- Use delivered CapitalGuard reports, policy files, checklists, and prevention guidance internally forever.
- Share delivered reports with internal team members, advisors, auditors, customers, investors, or insurers when needed
  for security review.
- Reuse delivered policy files and checklists inside the covered organization or purchased client scope.
- Keep historical reports and exports even if monitoring is later cancelled.

## License Scope

The purchased tier controls the scan allowance, reporting scope, seat allowance, client scope, and monitoring rights
listed on the checkout receipt and delivery page.

## Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer must:

- Submit only repositories, files, systems, and accounts they own or are authorized to assess.
- Avoid sending secrets unless explicitly requested through an approved secure channel.
- Review findings before applying prevention guidance to production systems.
- Keep license keys private and notify CapitalGuard if a key is exposed.

## Boundaries

The license does not transfer CapitalGuard source code, brand assets, service infrastructure, scanning methods, or
resale rights. CapitalGuard reports reduce AI-agent exposure risk but do not guarantee full security, compliance,
breach prevention, or discovery of every issue. CapitalGuard helps detect, prevent, and prioritize precautions; it does
not guarantee that every underlying issue is solved.

## Revocation

CapitalGuard may pause or revoke scan access for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, unauthorized scanning, attempted scanning of
third-party repositories without permission, or misuse of delivered materials.

## Enterprise Replacement

Enterprise buyers may replace this summary with a signed master services agreement, data processing agreement, statement
of work, or procurement-approved order form.
